If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return to us for a full refund of the cost of the product, or exchange.
Postage costs will not be refunded for unwanted items or where an exchange is required through no fault of our own. We will pay for postage if the item is faulty.
The goods must be in perfect original condition to be given a refund.

If you don’t have a printer, please write the information onto a piece of paper. Please include, reason for return, your name, order number. If you want to exchange please include product name, colour, size and quantity. Return address is on the return slip so please copy it.
Changing order
You can email us at info@creationsofficial.co.uk about any mistakes or changes. Unfortunately if you email us after you receive a confirmation of the order being shipped, we can’t do anything about it.
