The final installation of the ‘iconic’ sunflower boy: Despite moving away from this character and style, we look back on the Sunflower Boy knowing it gave us a really good starting point in building a community focused around creativity and positive mindsets. The Sundance Boy design was formed at the start of the first lockdown in frustration of the mass cancellation of all the Summer festivals. Concepts of the Sunflower Boy came from us, however the designs were executed in collaboration with the talented brand GUFFSOUP. The garm itself features a high quality digital print on the front of a heavyweight, relaxed longsleeve tee.

We have teamed up with Groovy Cat to try and spread some positivity and hope during this testing time. The entertainment industry brings us so much joy and having to live without it for almost a year has made us realise how much of an impact it has and how much we miss it. We centred the design around the concept of ‘We will dance again’ and the artwork itself was stylised in a way which will compliment festival fits perfectly.

This is the first ever Sunflower Boy design. The initial concept was inspired by the RIPNDIP legend ‘Lord Nermal’. Concepts of the Sunflower Boy came from us, however the designs were executed in collaboration with the talented brand GUFFSOUP (@guffsoup on instagram).
